About Us
Montessori Kids Family Day Care was founded by Sinead and Vera - two experienced early childhood professionals with a shared vision to reimagine family day care through high-quality, Montessori-inspired education.
Sinead, a qualified early childhood teacher and Montessori Kindergarten specialist, brings a strong background in leadership, teaching and training across Australia and internationally. She is passionate about empowering educators and supporting reflective, confident practice.
Vera offers extensive experience in early childhood education, service leadership and family day care consultancy. She provides thoughtful guidance to educators and families, ensuring each environment is consistent, supportive and focused on meaningful outcomes for children.
Together, they lead a dedicated team of coordinators and administration professionals who work closely with educators every day. Through ongoing mentoring, connection and tailored professional development - including regular training - the team fosters a culture of quality, growth and genuine care.

Montessori Kids Family Day Care is a fully licensed service operating under the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. We are registered and approved under the federal government legislative framework and fully recognised by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
All Montessori Kids Family Day Care educators participate in a rigorous Quality Assurance program to ensure the highest standards of safety, education and care. Educators are fully insured and supported through regular home visits, virtual check-ins, administrative assistance, monthly professional development sessions, spot checks, and access to ongoing online information and resources.
